2/18/2010

Group 5 have 423 peacock as of lunch time today.  They are up to 52 over 10 lbs., 23 over 15, and still 4 that are 20 lbs. and over.  They still have a day and a half of fishing.


2/17/2010

At noon today, Group 5 was up to 336 peacock.  There were 41 over 10 lbs., 17 over 15 lbs. and four that were 20 pounds and over.  The largest weighed 22 lbs.


2/16/2010

Group 5 has 186 peacocks after only a day and a half of fishing.  They were unable to fish on Sunday due to baggage problems when they arrived in Manaus.  They have 25 over 10 lbs., 9 over 15 lbs. and two 20 pounders.

Group 4′ final peacock count is 698.  Unfortunately none were caught that weighed 20+ pounds.  Their largest weighed in at 19 lbs.

Group 4 is up to 507 peacocks as of lunch time today.  They still have a day and a half of fishing.


1/30/2010

Group 3 ended the week with a grand total of 603 peacock landed.  There were 57 over 10 lbs., 27 over 15 lbs., and 5 over 20 lbs.  The largest weighed in at 24 lbs.

No one fishing from the Otter the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 6.

Group 3 is up to 344 peacocks at lunch time today.  They have 20 over 10 lbs., 7 over 15 lbs. and 3 over 20 lbs - a 22 lber, and two 24 lbers.

Group 3 was up to 166 peacock at lunch today.  There were 12 over 10 lbs., 5 over 15 lbs., and a 22 lber & a 24 lber.

Group 2 had a total of 482 peacock when they got back to the Otter for lunch today.  They still have this afternoon and part of Saturday morning to fish.  They finally landed a 21 lber.  There were 35 over 10lbs., 13 over 15 lbs. and the 21 lber.

Group 2 had 339 peacock by lunch time today.  They were up to 24 over 10 lbs., and 7 over 15 lbs.  A 19 1/2 lber is still the largest peacock landed.
